到底是內部的inefficiency還是奸商？明明已經寫了信去要求Citibank不要再寄promotional material給我，上禮拜還是收到Diners的junk mail。今天再寫了一封fax to make the same request。立此存照。

昨天又收到Citibank的junk mail。這次為確保沒有失誤,我把它連著我的第3次No more promotional material的要求一起寄回。

i hate those promotional materials too.

and what's worse is that the banks sell their databases to other merchants...more and more useless direct mailers!
